At Partners in Pause, we bring together deep clinical expertise, integrative health training, and a passion for holistic well-being. Founded by Amanda Westlake, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, educator, and certified health and wellness coach, our practice is rooted in evidence-based care and compassionate connection.

With years of experience supporting individuals in hospitals, clinics, schools, and the community, we’ve seen firsthand how stress and imbalance affect health. That’s why we created Partners in Pause: a place where science meets mindfulness, and where small, intentional steps create meaningful, lasting change.
